    How can Counseling Help?

    Consultative Psychological Counseling involves breaking our roadblocks and problems through a continuous systemic manner. We sometimes do not see the light at the end of the tunnel as we are too intensely engrossed in our own problems. A trained professional can see and work us out of the problems through a path which we cannot chalk out ourselves.

    When or at what stage should marriage/relationship counseling be initiated? If I am having problems in my marriage/relationship where do I stand ? Can my problems be solved ? I do not see a solution ? Where am I ?

    According to us, there are stages in marriage/relationship problems.

    • Stage I - Beginning
    • Stage II - Increasing
    • Stage III - Serious
    • Stage IV - Very Serious
    • Stage V - Point of No return

    A trained counselor can tell you what stage you are in and how to get out of it. In the first 4 stages minimum to increasing amount of effort is required both from the counselor as well as the individual's side for healing of relationships.

    Even at the worst stage if you are at the point of no return or have gone beyond that then also there is a lot of healing requirement of the self which has undergone a lot of emotional stress. The psychologist at the Stage V can always work at the healing part, even when the relationship part is absolutely over.
